premium level ★

  • Option for Bi-weekly or one a month Google Meets check-ins
  • More interactive communication (using my phone number through WhatsApp for quicker communication)

please note: i do not do meal plans, but i can definitely give advice, educate about nutrition and meals, give macronutrient advice, and love coming up with recipes!! so feel free to reach out about that. 

 

all of the personal training information will be conducted through an app with daily checklists, calendars, workouts, etc. so everything will be available in one place!
